One way to solve the black box problem is through glass-box design. A glass-box system allows teams to see inside the logic of the model. Instead of hiding how decisions are made, the system exposes the inputs used, the reasoning behind outputs, and the decision path taken.

When teams can observe the system's logic, adoption improves significantly.
